Iron Lab is located in Bridgeport’s historical Central Manufacturing District’s Original East District, just south of 35th street and just west of the historic (and recovering!) Bubbly Creek. Iron Lab was built in 1920 as the Troco Nut Butter Company, a manufacturing and warehouse facility which produced coconut butter.
In 2017 the property was developed and converted to a 50,000+ SF office building. With lots of has character and flexible spaces, we can accommodate anywhere from a small 300 SF office to a 10,000 SF full floor office. Ground floor has a large event space and coming in 2024, a coffee shop and gallery.
